It is the customer's responsibility to carefully read the following T&C:

The terms and conditions will be presented to the customer and must be read by the customer whenever they make a reservation. By making a reservation and reading the Terms and Conditions, the customer accepts them.

Local a efetuar o serviço:

  1. Access to the Location: Ensure that there is adequate access to the site, especially if it is a house or a location that is difficult to reach. In the case of garages, make sure it has a minimum height of 2 meters.

  2. Power Source: Ensure that there is a power source at least 30 meters from the location where you wish to perform the service.

  3. Parking: Please provide parking space for our van near the location where the service will be carried out.

  4. Permissions and Authorizations: Make sure you have the necessary permissions if you intend to perform the service in a condominium or shared property.

  5. Work Area: Clean or clear the work area to allow our technicians to perform the service efficiently. There should be at least 1 meter of distance between the car and obstacles around it. For legal and safety reasons, the car should not be on the public road during the service.

  6. Specific Instructions: If there are specific instructions related to the service, provide them in advance to ensure that your expectations are met.

  7. Presence or Access: If your presence is required during the service or if access to the interior of the house is necessary, ensure that you are available or provide a secure means of access.

Travel fee:

Unless explicitly included with your service, a travel fee (0.40€/Km) will always be charged for services performed more than 10km away from the headquarters located in Cruz Quebrada, Oeiras.

Accepted payment methods:

Payments can be made online when making your reservation thru our website, or in person after the completion of the service. No upfront deposits are required. We accept payments in cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and MbWay.

Additional fees:

If the interior of your car is excessively dirty with mud, pet hair, ashes and cigarette butts, mold, vomit, blood, chewing gum, among others, additional fees may apply. If your car has any of the aforementioned issues, we recommend sending us some photos before scheduling the service so that we can provide a preliminary estimate. Otherwise, the price will be adjusted on the day of the service before we start.

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel your appointment, you must contact us at least 12 hours in advance. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of 30% of the service cost will be charged.To reschedule your service, you must contact us at least 1 hour in advance. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of 30% of the service cost will be charged.
