Does Pink have it's own garage?

Yes, in addition to our mobile services, we now have a studio where you can bring your vehicle. We are located at Rua Bento de Jesus Caraça, 11B. (Right gate).

How does the mobile service work?

You should, first of all, schedule your service through our website in the "Online Booking" section, entering your details and choosing the desired service. You can also contact us directly by email or phone, and we will handle the scheduling process for you.

On the chosen date and time, our staff will arrive at the provided address with a fully equipped van and perform the service while you enjoy your free time.

What are the requirements for performing a service in my space?

  1. Access to the Location: Ensure that there is adequate access to the site, especially if it is a house or a location that is difficult to reach. In the case of garages, make sure it has a minimum height of 2 meters.

  2. Power Source: Ensure that there is a power source at least 30 meters from the location where you wish to perform the service.

  3. Parking: Please provide parking space for our van near the location where the service will be carried out.

  4. Permissions and Authorizations: Make sure you have the necessary permissions if you intend to perform the service in a condominium or shared property.

  5. Work Area: Clean or clear the work area to allow our technicians to perform the service efficiently. There should be at least 1 meter of distance between the car and obstacles around it. For legal and safety reasons, the car should not be on the public road during the service.

  6. Specific Instructions: If there are specific instructions related to the service, provide them in advance to ensure that your expectations are met.

  7. Presence or Access: If your presence is required during the service or if access to the interior of the house is necessary, ensure that you are available or provide a secure means of access.

How do the classes work for different car sizes?

Contrary to what you might think, the way we classify cars in terms of size has nothing to do with the toll classification assigned when passing through toll booths.

We classify cars in size according to the following criteria:

 

Class 1: Compacts, sedans, crossovers, and roadsters.

Examples - Peugeot 208, Mercedes Classe C, Peugeot 2008, and Mercedes SLC.

 

Class 2: Luxury sedans, SUVs, luxury Coupés, and Cabriolets.

Examples - Mercedes E and S Class, BMW X3 and X5, and Bentley Continental.

Class 3: SUVs and 7-seat minivans, commercial vans and 9-seat vans, Exotic cars.

Examples - Mercedes GLS, Peugeot 5008, VW Sharan, VW Transporter, Lamborghini.

How far in advance should I schedule my service?

The lead time for scheduling varies depending on our availability. To ensure your service, we recommend scheduling it at least 3 days in advance. If our availability allows, you can book your service up to 1 hour before it starts.

Which payment methods are accepted?

When booking directly through our website, you can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and many others.
If you prefer to pay in person, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and MbWay.

What are the areas covered by your service?

Grande Lisboa:

Lisboa, Parque das Nações, Odivelas, Loures, Oeiras, Cascais e Sintra.

Margem Sul:

Almada, Corroios, Costa da Caparica, Charneca da Caparica, Aroeira, Sesimbra, Quinta do Conde, Fernão Ferro e Azeitão.
